TIFFCOM2013 CoPro Connection Now Calling for Entry! Make your project shine in Tokyo!

EVENT OVERVIEW
Objective: TIFFCOM CoPro Connection aims to promote international co-production of live action and animation feature films involving Japan.
Date: October 22 to 24, 2013
Venue: TIFFCOM, Grand Pacific Le Daiba (2-6-1, Daiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo, 135-8701, Japan)

CoPro Connection will get you in direct contact with everything you need to know about co-production with Japan!
Leading Japanese film companies e.g., TOEI, SHOCHIKU, NIKKATSU, and KADOKAWA will evaluate and take part in meetings.
Projects selected will receive complimentary accommodation and round-trip flight (One person/ 4 nights/ economy class)
The meetings will be held in English.
Program includes the following:

(2) Co-production seminars
(3) Pitching sessions
(4) One-on-one meetings

APPLICATION DETAIL
Selection Criteria:
Feature length live action or animation feature project that have strong potential of co-production with Japan.
Project of multiple countries are eligible as long as Japan is involved.
Project with some finance in place will be chosen preferentially.
Project with clear business/distribution strategy will be chosen preferentially.
Participation of the producer is requested.

Conditions for Submission:
Participant must be available to attend events and business meetings programmed during the event. The producers agrees to include TIFFCOM CoPro Connection logo in the credit roll when the film is completed.
Standard of Selection:
Participating Projects will be selected by third party selection committee consisting of industry professionals.

1. Application Form (English)

Maximum A4 size 5 pages
3. Copy of the director's previous work on DVD or via data transfer. (if applicable)

All required documents must arrive at TIFFCOM CoPro Connection Organizer's Office no later than August 2nd, 2013. Please send all the submission materials via e-mail, standard mail or express mail service.
