Japan Media Arts Festival, a contest of the works that utilize the latest expression technology in the fields of Art, Entertainment, Animation and Manga, has announced Call for Entry 2009. Throughout the entries in the sections of Art, Entertainment, Animation and Manga, the works of excellence and artists are solicited and awarded. The exhibition to introduce these excellence works and screening events are held in the National Art Center, Tokyo. Japan Media Arts Festival provides also valuable opportunities for the contestants to meet artists throughout symposium and workshops which are held during the exhibition.
